Hummingbird Lift LLC ("Hummingbird Lift," "we," "us," or "our") operates
hummingbirdlift.com and provides managed television advertising services to
local businesses in Eugene, Oregon and the surrounding Lane County area.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long
we keep it, and who we share it with.
Mobile opt-in data and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent
are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing
purposes.

- Message content. The content of text messages exchanged between you and our automated system or our founder, including qualification answers, scheduling requests, and support questions.

3. Data Retention
We keep consent records, including the original opt-in event, message
timestamps, and opt-out records, for a minimum of five years. This exceeds
the four-year statute of limitations under the Telephone Consumer
Protection Act (TCPA) and reflects our commitment to keeping clear,
auditable records of your consent choices at all times.
Business and billing information is retained for as long as your account
is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and
legal recordkeeping requirements.
4. How We Share Information

order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hummingbird Lift,
