Hummingbird Lift Alerts
Hummingbird Lift Alerts is a text messaging program operated by Hummingbird Lift LLC. When you text START in response to our postcard or opt in through our website, you will receive a conversational text exchange with our automated assistant and, where applicable, our founder, to discuss whether our television advertising service is a fit for your business. If you become a client, you may also receive recurring marketing and account messages, including service updates, weekly performance summaries, and offers.
Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 4 messages per month.
Reply HELP to any message at any time for assistance. You can also reach us directly by email at hello@hummingbirdlift.com.
Reply STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages from this program at any time. We also honor the following keywords as valid opt-out requests: QUIT, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE. In addition, we honor plain-language requests to stop, such as "please stop texting me," as a valid revocation of consent. Once you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message and then stop texting you. We process opt-out requests immediately in our system.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others are not responsible for the content of this program's messages and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages through the Hummingbird Lift Alerts program is not a condition of purchasing any service from Hummingbird Lift. You can work with us without enrolling in text messaging by contacting us directly by email.
This program is available on major US wireless carriers. Carrier coverage is not guaranteed.
